Nella filiale di Menfi è possibile solo nelle ore di apertura, e molto spesso non è possibile farlo perchè si creano delle file interminabili che richiedono lunghe ore di attesa.

In prossimità del mio turno l'impiegata, che usciva all'esterno, sapeva già cosa dovevo fare, ha cominciato a fare entrare altre persone arrivate dopo di me. Mi sono ritrovata ad essere sempre l'ultima. La scusa era anche, che le altre persone erano clienti della banca. Ho chiamato il 112, tempestivamente mi hanno fatto entrare. In aggiunta se non avevo il contante non avrei potuto effettuare il pagamento. Altre modalità non possibili da parte loro.
