★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di cambiare filiale e invece mi sono ricreduta, ho trovato l'impiegata la signora Fiani che con grande competenza e cortesia, mi ha risolto un problema.
I was thinking of changing branches and instead I changed my mind, I found the employee Ms. Fiani who solved a problem for me with great competence and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un'agenzia solo per la consulenza, si accede per appuntamento che chiaramente si prende solo su internet perché al numero Unicredit non risponde nessuno. Volevo un'appuntamento per la mia filiale ma mi hanno dirottato qui. Sono stato trattato bene anche se non sono stati esaustivi nelle risposte che cercavo, inoltre se dovevo fare un mutuo avrei dovuto aprire il conto da loro e chiuderlo nella mia filiale sempre Unicredit. Mah!!
It is an agency only for consultancy, it is accessed by appointment which clearly can only be taken on the internet because no one answers the Unicredit number. I wanted an appointment for my branch but they diverted me here. I was treated well even if they were not exhaustive in the answers I was looking for, moreover if I had to take out a mortgage I would have had to open the account with them and close it in my branch always Unicredit. Mah !!
