★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può entrare nella unica filiale del paese per cambiare il token perchè è scaduto e il token "non è arrivato, non ne abbiamo". Non è accettabile.
You can not enter the country only branch to change the token because the token has expired, and "has not arrived, we did not." It is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, non rispondo mai al telefono, per procedure banali bisogna aspettare tempistiche inverosimili, zero cortesia sembra che facciano un piacere a farti le cose.
Bad service, I never answer the phone, for trivial procedures you have to wait unlikely times, zero courtesy seems to do a pleasure to do things to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio "una stella" unicamente per l'impiegato all'accoglienza (del quale purtroppo non ricordo il nome) che si è dimostrato disponibile e tempestivo nel provare a trovare una soluzione al mio problema.
Per l'altro impiegato, il quale, invece, con toni poco cordiali ed un'evidente scocciatura alla mia richiesta di aprire un conto senza aver preso appuntamento mi ha riferito che aveva "lavori più importanti che aprirmi un conto senza appuntamento" darei meno di zero.
Pessimo servizio, sconsiglio vivamente questa filiale!
My opinion "one star" only for the reception clerk (whose name unfortunately I do not remember) who proved available and prompt in trying to find a solution to my problem.
For the other employee, who, on the other hand, with unfriendly tones and an obvious annoyance at my request to open an account without having made an appointment, told me that he had "more important jobs than opening an account without an appointment" I would give less than zero.
Bad service, I strongly advise against this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai. Ufficio deserto. Per prendere un appuntamento ho dovuto recarmi personalmente e rimediare un recapito telefonico alternativo. Sconsiglio. Se potessi darei zero.
