★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco fa avevo bisogno di entrare e andare in cassa per mettere 10€ sulla carta prepagata unicredit.
La banca chiudeva alle 16 (nuovo recentissimo orario, fino a poco fa la chiusura era alle 16 e 30). In ogni caso, nonostante fossero le 15:55 ed uscisse un cliente dalla porta si sono premurati di disattivarla.
Non posso che essere soddisfatto di aver spostato, ormai da mesi, il mio conto verso un'altra banca. Esauriti gli ultimi soldi sulla prepagata dismetterò anche questa e finalmente non avrò più a che fare con voi : )
Non capisco perchè avete un lavoro se non avete voglia di lavorare. Non capisco nemmeno perchè vi hanno dato responsabilità che non siete in grado di mantenere :)

A little while ago I needed to enter and go to the cashier to put € 10 on the unicredit prepaid card.
The bank closed at 4 pm (new very recent time, until recently the closing was at 4.30 pm). In any case, although it was 15:55 and a customer came out of the door, they took care to deactivate it.
I can only be satisfied that I have moved my account to another bank for months now. Once the last money on the prepaid card is exhausted, I will also dispose of this and finally I will no longer have to deal with you:)
I don't understand why you have a job if you don't want to work. I don't even understand why they gave you responsibilities that you are unable to keep :)

Mediocre branch, unmotivated and annoyed staff, unloading a barrel among colleagues and disorganization. They feel protected and don't care about the customer. The only available Director, always courteous and ready to lend a hand.

Circa un anno fa ho provato a fare una surroga di un mutuo presso questa sede, ma dopo aver fatto i primi appuntamenti ed aver dato l ok, mi hanno sempre rimandato rendendosi indisponibili ad iniziare la pratica in quanto a loro dire erano già impegnati da mutui di acquisto prima casa. A questo punto non fate perdere tempo alle persone... Pessimi
If you could I would give 0 stars to this branch and this bank. About a year ago I tried to make a subrogation of a mortgage at this office, but after making the first appointments and giving the ok, they always sent me back making themselves unavailable to start the practice as they say they were already committed to mortgages first home purchase. At this point, don't waste people's time ... Bad
