Dopo un trattamento simile penso che cambierò istituto. Personalmente mi trovo bene, ma gli orari danno poca possibilità a chi lavora, anche a me è successo di riservarmi una mezz'ora dal lavoro, per andare appositamente allo sportello, e di impiegare un'ora; con 5 dipendenti della banca che non avevano nessun cliente al momento, e il direttore che andava personalmente a chiedere se poteva aiutare i clienti. Detto questo però devo anche dire che la signorina Cirillo Cinzia, la bancaria che mi ha servita, è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, nonostante il mio turno sia arrivato ad un minuto dalla chiusura lei è stata molto cortese rimanendo a mia disposizione oltre l' orario di chiusura, questo a mio avviso vuol dire dare un buon servizio.
