Ho chiesto di entrare per informazioni ma non mi hanno aperto perché non avevo appuntamento!!!!! I wanted to withdraw a sum from the ATM .... but even though there are 3 distributors ... they gave me ONLY a third of the amount. I asked to enter for information but they didn't open because I didn't have an appointment !!!!!

Grazie ma io volevo un appuntamento in filiale! Mi ha risposto " Sono occupata ,mi richiami nel pomeriggio " e ha riagganciato. Senza parole? They do not answer the phone and after an hour of trying I was answered by a rude lady who told me to "pay on the site" .... Thanks but I wanted an appointment at the branch! She replied "I'm busy, call me back in the afternoon" and hung up. Without words?

Io non sono una cliente della banca ma a volte ci sono andata per il servizio cassa quindi ho interagito poco col personale che è stato gentile, nella norma. Da quando c'è il covid sono andata una volta dopo aver preso appuntamento telefonicamente l'anno scorso. Anch'io quest'anno ho telefonato invano per vari giorni. Poi sono andata sul sito e ho preso un appuntamento online. Semplice pratico. In più nella mail di conferma ho ricevuto il loro numero verde che metto qui di seguito 800.57.57.57 rispondono dal lun al ven dalle 9 alle 20 e il sabato dalle 9 alle 14 I leave this review after reading the others to give useful information I hope.
