★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale superficiale, non risolvono i problemi creati da loro stessi, ho provato anche a cambiare istituto ma mi hanno bloccato per futili motivi il trasferimento delle utenze (hanno dato la colpa al telepass), costi e balzelli elevati.
 Superficial staff, they do not solve the problems created by themselves, I also tried to change the institution but they blocked me for futile reasons the transfer of utilities (they blamed the telepass), costs and high taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bancomat all'improvviso fuori servizio, si sono trattenuti i miei soldi, con oggi sono trascorsi 16 giorni e ancora non sono stata rimborsata. Gli impiegati dicono che sono possono fare nulla.
ATMs suddenly out of order, my money was kept, 16 days have passed today and I still haven't been refunded. Employees say they are can do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 2 stelle solo perché ci sono due sportelli bancomat sempre attivi. Tempi di attesa all'interno della banca lunghissimi (15/20 minuti a persona) a qualsiasi ora ci vai. Il personale che all'apparenza sembra sufficiente, in realtà trovi al massimo due casse funzionanti. Se volete un consiglio : quando avete intenzione di andare, annullate tutti gli altri impegni... Sai quando entri e non sai quando esci.
I put 2 stars only because there are two ATMs always active. Very long waiting times inside the bank (15/20 minutes per person) at any time you go there. The staff that apparently seems sufficient, actually find at most two working speakers. If you want advice: when you are going to go, cancel all other commitments ... You know when you come in and you don't know when you go out.

Provo a contattarli telefonicamente da mesi, prima per chiudere un conto, adesso per richiedere un estratto conto del conto chiuso che naturalmente non si trova sul sito web ma devi richiedere personalmente alla filiale. Non risponde MAI NESSUNO al telefono.. Roba da pazzi
Interacting with this branch is pure utopia. I have been trying to contact them by phone for months, first to close an account, now to request a statement of the closed account which of course is not on the website but you have to request it personally from the branch. NO ONE NEVER answers on the phone .. Crazy stuff
