Basti pensare che quando ho chiesto un mutuo prima casa mi hanno sempre risposto che senza capitale iniziale non avrei potuto averlo. Non ho debiti ho sempre lavorato e x loro non ho avuto la capacità finanziaria x una rata da 340€/mese se si tratta di pagare un mutuo, ma hanno la delega a pagare in automatico un affitto da 430€/mese...... sono proprio forti in matematica
