La legge parla chiaro: Per incassare un assegno circolare è innanzitutto possibile recarsi presso qualsiasi filiale della banca che lo ha emesso, indipendentemente dalla titolarità di un conto corrente presso di essa: con l'assegno in mano si riceverà l'importo ivi indicato in denaro contante.
