Ho telefonato per sapere se fosse possibile ottenere un estratto conto via mail, dato che gli orari della filiale, molto comodi, non coincidono con i miei orari lavorativi. Capisco che sia una info riservata e che non possono comunicarlo a mezzo mail (anche se si trattava di inviare alla stessa mail inserita in fase di creazione del conto corrente), quindi non è questo che mi ha spinto a scrivere la recensione, quanto il fatto che la "gentile" Signora al telefono mi ha presa in giro chiedendomi se volessi un estratto conto girato via Whatsapp. Bastava rispondere che non fosse possibile, non c'era bisogno di fare umorismo. Data l'indisponibilità del personale (che non posso neppure definire frustrato dato che suppongo sia ben pagato) e dell'incompetenza dimostrata in altre occasioni, di sicuro cambierò banca al più presto Incompetent and rude. I phoned to find out if it was possible to obtain an account statement by e-mail, as the branch office hours, which are very comfortable, do not coincide with my working hours. I understand that it is a confidential info and that they cannot communicate it via e-mail (even if it was a matter of sending to the same e-mail inserted during the creation of the current account), so this is not what prompted me to write the review, as much as the fact that the "kind" lady on the phone teased me wondering if I wanted a bank statement turned via Whatsapp. It was enough to reply that it was not possible, there was no need to make humor. Given the unavailability of the staff (which I cannot even define as frustrated as I suppose it is well paid) and the incompetence demonstrated on other occasions, I will certainly change the bank as soon as possible

Esposito, credo che ogni banca vale se il direttore è corretto e professionale.
