Per avere una semplice giacenza media annua mi hanno chiesto due giorni di tempo dicendomi che me lo avrebbero inviata per email. 4 giorni dopo li chiamo perché non mi è mai arrivato niente e dopo mezz'ora di chiamate a vuoto in cui nessuno risponde, tirano fuori la solita scusa dei "terminali che non funzionano" dicendomi "appena la collega ha un attimo gliela invia"...quanto ci vuole per inviare una mail?! Bad! To have a simple annual average stock, they asked me for two days to tell me that they would send it to me by email. 4 days later I call them because nothing has ever come to me and after half an hour of empty calls in which no one answers, they come up with the usual excuse of "terminals that don't work" by telling me "as soon as the colleague has a moment he sends it to him". ..how long does it take to send an email ?!

Si blocca, in tre persone per risolvere il problema, una miriade di persone in fila. Dopo un'ora ripartono (si fa per dire) e tirano fuori la storia che se non sei cliente non puoi pagare lì un bollettino, rispondendo: esistono i tabaccai. Ma che gente siete? Ma il senso del dovere dov'è finito? Vai via dopo un'ora e mezza senza aver fatto nulla. Gente come questa non mi fiderei neanche a metterla sulla spiaggia a vendere il cocco. Fate lavorare chi ha voglia e chi merita. Shameful! A single crate now (a luxury if you hear them talking), consisting of a desk thrown in there.
