Terrible, I have been a customer for 20 years, they have no regard, they change staff continuously and you don't even have time to learn the name of the new changing contact person.

Di tutte le succursali di Unicredit questa è senza ombra di dubbio la peggiore di Napoli nonostante la posizione privilegiata. Bad service, bad everything. Absurd waiting. Staff asleep. Ineffective. Of all the Unicredit branches, this is undoubtedly the worst in Naples despite its privileged position.

My appointment was at 9.20 but they took me inside the bank after 10.00 clock. There was a young lady who take people inside even they late. This is a ridiculous service. Trust broken Being a private bank should be more active and time management is more important.
