★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno sono un correntista di questa sede che per motivi di lavoro vive fuori. Oggi mi sono recato presso la filiale per fare un'operazione e dopo 25 minuti di attesa, l'impiegato mi ha detto che non era possibile perchè si impiegava almeno un'ora per quella operazione, invitandomi a ritornare la settimana prossima, perchè erano solo due impiegati. E' chiaro che è stato creato un disservizio anche perchè io ho tralasciato altri impegni per recarmi in banca, e mi è impossibile andare la prossima settimana. Credo che da oggi saro' costretto a rivedere e probabilmente a risolvere tutti i miei rapporti in essere con Unicredit.
Hi, I am an account holder of this office who lives outside for work reasons. Today I went to the branch to do an operation and after 25 minutes of waiting, the clerk told me that it was not possible because it took at least an hour for that operation, inviting me to come back next week, because they were alone two employees. It is clear that a disruption has been created also because I have missed other commitments to go to the bank, and it is impossible for me to go next week. I believe that from today I will be forced to review and probably to resolve all my existing relationships with Unicredit.
