Soprattutto gli uomini che forse dopo 4 ore sedute di duro lavoro è meglio prendere un caffè da 30 minuti o 40 minuti ! Ah poi c' è il pausa pranzo :)
The staff is slow, underperforming!
Especially men who maybe after 4 hours of hard work it is better to have a coffee for 30 minutes or 40 minutes! Ah then there is the lunch break :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente penoso e disdicevole il dover fare il giro telefonico di 4 filiali per avere un centralino che ti risponda. Addirittura dopo attesa ti riattaccano il telefono....mai visto nulla fi simile
Absolutely painful and unpleasant to have to make the telephone tour of 4 branches to have a switchboard that answers you. Even after waiting you hang up the phone .... never seen anything like it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ io, onestamente, ogni volta che ci vado mi viene voglia di chiudere il conto. Che tra l'altro ha i costi che continuano a lievitare. Per non dire del fatto che hanno le carte bancomat e di credito che mi si spezzano sempre, chiedo la sostituzione e me la fanno pure pagare senza dirmi nulla!!
Anzi, mi sa che apro un conto online e questo lo chiudo proprio.
I, honestly, every time I go there I will want to close the account. Which among other things has the costs that continue to rise. Not to mention the fact that they have debit and credit cards that always break me, I ask for a replacement and they can even pay me without telling me anything !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima banca e filiale, ho avuto la disgrazia di aver i genitori con conto su questa filiale, e di aver fatto la successione dei beni. Introvabili al telefono, dopo 5 telefonate a vuoto ho dovuto chiedere al direttore per poter parlare con chi si occupa delle successioni, scortesi, inefficienti e costosi.
