★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai è poi mai, assurdo in questo periodo che ricevono solo su appuntamento, se vai direttamente lì anche ti offendono, perché sei senza appuntamento, non ma roba da matti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato alle 9 mi dicono di richiamare alle 10:30 e dalle 10:30 che chiamo in continuazione sono le 13:16. Ho chiamato ben 160 volte spero di avergli rovinato la giornata con il telefono che squillava per quasi tre ore, non posso manco fare l’appuntamento visto che sono all’estero e solo loro mi possono risolvere il problema è scandaloso è vergognoso. UNO SCHIFO !!!!
I called at 9 they tell me to call back at 10:30 and from 10:30 which I call continuously is 13:16. I called 160 times I hope I have ruined his day with the phone ringing for almost three hours, I can't even make an appointment since I'm abroad and only they can solve the problem for me it's scandalous and shameful. A SUCK !!!!
