Fino allo scorso anno molto disponibili. Da mesi ho diversi problemi a versare, il massimo l’hanno raggiunto oggi mandando via mia moglie con 2 bambini piccoli e un sacco di monete (già contate) dopo 1 ora d’attesa perché le monete non erano state travasate in un loro sacco apposito. Inaccettabile un comportamento simile, ci volevano 3 secondi a travasarle in un loro sacco ma così va l’Italia e questi sono i suoi cittadini, pigri e maleducati.
Until last year very available. For months I have had several problems pouring, the maximum was reached today by sending my wife away with 2 small children and a lot of coins (already counted) after 1 hour of waiting because the coins had not been transferred to their special bag . Such behavior is unacceptable, it took 3 seconds to transfer them into a lot of them but that's how Italy goes and these are its citizens, lazy and rude.

Personale molto maleducato. Sono costretto a spiegare il mio problema a tre persone diverse (durata della spiegazione al massimo 1 minuto) e, nel passare la telefonata a una collega, la seconda impiegata mi presenta come un cliente sgradevole e che parla molto; oltretutto facendo tale affermazione davanti ad altri clienti con i quali mi aveva riferito essere impegnata. Filiale sconsigliata e che penso cambierò a breve!
Very rude staff. I am forced to explain my problem to three different people (duration of the explanation no more than 1 minute) and, when passing the phone call to a colleague, the second employee presents me as an unpleasant customer who talks a lot; moreover, by making such a statement in front of other clients with whom she had told me she was engaged. Branch not recommended and which I think will change soon!
