 Central city agency. I have been a customer for years and rate three stars only because the services depend only on the staff with whom we understand each other. Few very prepared and competent others we leave alone.

I don't know why the other reviews are so bad, both me and my partner have an account in this branch and I find the staff competent and polite, the branch clean and the manager very honest, super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stato perché ho un conto cointestato che è stato fatto in un'altra filiale. Qui non hanno voglia di fare niente, sono scortesi, maleducati e l'attesa è lunga anche se non c'è nessuno.
I've been there because I have a joint account that was made in another branch. Here they do not want to do anything, they are rude, rude and the wait is long even if there is none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il personale non ha MAI voglia di fare niente, ogni volta che mi reco in banca,non sono mai cordiali, rispondono male, unica volta che mi hanno trattato come una persona normale, e' quando ho aperto il conto corrente.Si sono permesi di alzare la voce per una chiusura del conto, in piu non mi hanno permesso di fare un bonifico alla cassa, e mi hanno lasciato da solo con la atm senza nessuna assistenza dicendo che potevo fare li il bonifico estero con quello oppure online, e invece non si poteva. Vi ricordo che la banca offre un servizio al pubblico.
Prima occasione disponibile chiudo tutti i conti con questo filiale.

comunque tengo a precisare che pochi personali sono molto preparati e competenti ed altri non faccio commenti, e spero solo che imparino almeno l'educazione.
the staff NEVER want to do anything, every time I go to the bank, they are never friendly, they answer badly, the only time they treated me like a normal person is when I opened a bank account. raise my voice for an account closure, plus they did not allow me to make a bank transfer, and they left me alone with the atm without any assistance saying that I could make the foreign transfer there with that or online, and instead you could. I remind you that the bank offers a service to the public.
First opportunity available I close all accounts with this branch.
