Da subito in cassa hanno fatto storie sul pagamento in contanti per un modulo che c'è scritto da pagare presso loro, una volta fatto il pagamento è partita la lezione sulla fatturazione elettronica e l'home banking. Dalla stessa cassiera che un attimo prima è andata a spostare la macchina perché i vigili fischiavano e rischiava la multa, ed i correntisti/clienti ad aspettare. A mio avviso comportamento poco professionale Payment of university fees, as per the Sapienza University form to be paid at Unicredit branches. Non rispondono ne a email e ne al telefono, dipendenti scortesi e direttore veramente poco professionale, ho provveduto appena possibile a chiudere il conto. Vi consiglio di esporre un reclamo sul sito unicredit.... Da evitare assolutamente. Probably the worst unicredit office there is. Hanno preso nuovi clienti da una filiale che PURTROPPO HA CHIUSO (filiale dove ci veniva accolti con cortesia e gentilezza. Dipendenti sempre disponibili e sorridenti) al contrario di questa. Visto che al telefono non rispondono mai, email non ne parliamo. Non la consiglierò a nessuno ed il prima possibile cambierò.PESSIMI. 1 Star just to be able to leave a review. Lavorava come se stesse facendo un piacere a qualcuno, zero disponibilità nei confronti del cliente... Peccato che in filiale neanche si degnino di rispondere! Mi sono recata lì per prendere un appuntamento di persona per una semplicissima operazione di cassa e mi hanno risposto di chiamare il numero verde perché sono occupati (non c'era un'anima) I will close the account as soon as possible.
