★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prendere un appuntamento: online la procedura rimane bloccata e se si prova a telefonare non rispondono MAI, il telefono suona a vuoto e ad certo punto chiudono la chiamata. Ho provato per una settimana tutti i giorni ma niente, poi se si va al bancomat a ritirare, all'interno non ci sono clienti, solo il personale.....mistero

Fatta eccezione per pochi sportellisti storici, regna la piu' assoluta mancanza di rispetto disponibilità e cura del cliente. Sbrigativi, spesso incompetenti, furbetti che evitano di mettere per iscritto le cose ma cercano di manipolarti al telefono, lunghissime code agli sportelli. Bocciati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ai clienti vergnoso: Non rispondono mai al trelefono. Al punto che alcni dipendenti danno il loro cellulare ai clienti simpatici.
Se poi dovete riscuotere una successione tempi biblici gia' solo per comunicazione sussistenze. Col risultato che se dovete pagare bollette del de cuius dovete voi anticipare l dovuto. Di fatto quindi la banca si fa fare un prestto infruttifero senza il vostro consenso.
L attuale direttore poi e' un incapace che non sa gestire il suo personale. Oppone alle proteste per la lentezza il fatto che l'unica dipendente che si occuppa di successioni e' in ferie/maternita/ecc. Le successioni sono pratica che anche un bambino puo' seguire e almeno la comunicazione della sussistenza non prende piu' di un minuto. Non resta che desumerne cattiva fede. Banca da evitare ad ogni costo.
