Il personale però é poco a causa dei tagli selvaggi fatti per risparmiare, e l'utenza spesso non ha dimestichezza con l'informatica. Per di più i terminali spesso non funzionano e il sistema informatico é lento, e questo, per una banca di questa importanza, lo trovo francamente inconcepibile. Conseguenza: si faceva più veloce prima con gli impiegati allo sportello. Sembrano le casse automatiche al supermercato... The staff, on average kind, professional and helpful, do what they can. Per operazioni di poca durata si finisce sempre col passare almeno mezz'ora in sala d'attesa più una decina di minuti agli sportelli.
