★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È il simbolo dell’inefficienza,se hai un problema ti danno delle risposte completamente errate,si percepisce che per loro non conti niente.La prossima settimana mi metto alla ricerca di una banca che abbia un minimo di competenza e cura del cliente.La stessa cosa farà mio figlio che ha la sfortuna di avere anche lui il conto da loro e non avendo mai ricevuto una nuova carta di credito a fronte della vecchia scaduta da dieci giorni viene preso in giro con l’immaginabile disagio che questo comporta.
