★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho il mio conto da loro, però mi sono servito da loro per una polizza per la mia ragazza, persone molto preparate e con molta cortesia e simpatia, il direttore è una bravissima persona. Peccato che Unicredit così non si trovano anche a Roma dove abitiamo....
 I do not have my account from them, but I have used them for a policy for my girlfriend, very well prepared and with great courtesy and sympathy, the director is a very good person. Too bad that Unicredit is not found even in Rome where we live ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una stella è troppo, ti obbligano a prendere un appuntamento per entrare ma poi non rispondono al telefono per poterlo prendere. Uno schifo di banca " fatti non fummo a viver come bruti ma per seguir virtute e canoscenza" statevene alla larga da chi crede di essere piu' furbo di voi.
a star is too much, they force you to make an appointment to enter but then they do not answer the phone to be able to take it. A bank crap "facts we were not to live like brutes but to follow virtue and knowledge" stay away from those who believe they are smarter than you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prendere appuntamenti, file infinite per fare operazioni di 2 minuti. Sportello esterno automatico di versamento che sono più le volte che non funziona che quelle in cui funziona.
Purtroppo sono costretto ad usarla solo perché me l'impone l'azienda per cui lavoro.
Impossible to make appointments, endless files to do 2 minute operations. Automatic external payout window that does not work more times than it does.
Unfortunately I am forced to use it only because the company I work for dictates to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un correntista Fineco e devo appoggiarmi al bancomat evoluto di Unicredit per versare contanti e assegni, il bancomat della filiale di Foligno è sempre fuori servizio per i versamenti, è una settimana che vado tutti i giorni.
Sto provando a chiamare per chiedere spiegazioni ma non risponde nessuno alle 11 del mattino.
I am a Fineco account holder and I have to rely on the advanced Unicredit ATM to pay cash and checks, the ATM of the Foligno branch is always out of service for payments, I have been going every day for a week.
I am trying to call to ask for an explanation but no one answers at 11 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho il conto corrente li dal 2003 e ogni volta che mi ricevo da loro per chiedere un prestito mi è stato negato mentre con altri finanziarie non ho avuto mai problemi. Ultimamente per la scusa del covid bisogna telefonare per prendere l'appuntamento ma non rispondono mai e dico mai ho fatto una richiesta per una surroga di mutuo a ottobre 2020 oggi siamo il 20 maggio 2021 ancora sono in attesa di risposta. Ho dato una stella solo perché non si può dare di meno sono talmente stanco di questa filiale che sono costretto a cambiare banca.
I have had a current account there since 2003 and every time I go to them to ask for a loan I have been denied while with other financial companies I have never had problems. Lately for the covid excuse you have to call to make the appointment but they never answer and I say never I made a request for a mortgage subrogation in October 2020 today is May 20, 2021 still waiting for an answer. I gave a star just because you can't give less. I'm so tired of this branch that I'm forced to change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAPPATE!!!Pessimo servizio!!Il cassiere di dx scortese e senza voglia di lavorarare.Disservizi continui e pure le semplici operazioni di cassa diventano epiche!!!Sono oltre 20 anni ad essere cliente unicredit e mai successa una cosa del genere!Cosi i clienti scappano e non tornano, speriamo che l'azienda prenda provvedimenti e mandi a casa chi non ha voglia di lavorare.
RUN !!! Bad service !! The right-hand cashier rude and unwilling to work. Continuous services and even simple cash transactions become epic !!! I have been a unicredit customer for over 20 years and such a thing has never happened! customers run away and do not come back, we hope that the company will take action and send home those who do not want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non rispondo MAI al telefono, lentezza nell'eseguire operazioni delle quali dovrebbero aver certezze anzichè dubbi. Le altre filiali la superano TUTTE.
I NEVER answer the phone, slowness in carrying out operations of which they should have certainties rather than doubts. The other branches exceed it ALL.
