Ho fissato un un appuntamento, ho aspettato il mio turno, hanno controllato il mio nome e mi hanno mandato al primo piano.
Ho atteso, atteso, atteso.... tutti al telefono. Nessuno mi ha considerato. Allora ho chiesto all'impiegato...mi ha rimpallato spazientito... ho atteso, atteso, atteso... sono tornato nel primo ufficio ed ho chiesto se avessero interesse a sapere per quale motivo ero lì. La risposta è stata "ARRIVEDERCI!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, difficilmente anche alle email, quando c'è da prendere il cliente per mutui o prestiti ti stendono il tappeto rosso dopo per assisterti in altre situazioni devi farti il segno della croce.
