Perché giustamente un cliente che prende appuntamento è disposto a stare ai loro comodi. Aggiungo che in banca non c'era nessuno, e la dipendente non aveva nemmeno il computer acceso. Inoltre, se per qualsiasi motivo non si può rispettare un appuntamento già preso, il cliente va avvisato. Detto questo, avevo necessità di dare il preavviso di recesso per un prodotto acquistato. Inizialmente mi è stato risposto che non potevo, cosa non vera dato che c'è scritto sul contratto (non conoscono nemmeno le condizioni dei contratti che firmano) e quando l'ho fatto notare mi sono sentita dire a tono "se prima ti andava bene perché ora lo devi annullare? te lo tieni". Come se un cliente, per esercitare un proprio diritto contrattuale, debba dare spiegazioni alla sportellista di turno. Per finire mi è stato detto di tornare quando sia presente il direttore, ma è necessario un direttore per firmare un semplice modulo? La dipende in questione è quella con i capelli cortissimi. Probabilmente pensa che la sua maleducazione freni i clienti dall'effettuare le operazioni di cui hanno bisogno. Ovviamente cambierò filiale. Sconsigliatissima. Unprofessional and rude staff. s	samy & hatem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in questa banca per sbaglio volevo chiedere informazioni e come pagare un bonifico,sono stati poco gentile niente professionalita niente di niente e dovete sapere che maggiore parte delle funzionare delle banche e anche delle poste sono tutti uguali.pochissimi gentile e non hanno pazienza.per fortuna si po' cambiare. I went to this bank by mistake I wanted to ask for information and how to pay a bank transfer, they were unkind, no professionalism, nothing at all and you should know that most of the functioning of the banks and also of the post offices are all the same. Very few polite and have no patience. luckily you can change.
