★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è sempre qualcosa che non funziona in questa banca, ci mettono 2 ore per sentire una persona e il personale non è mai presente. Ma lavorate 5 ore al giorno e andate pure al bar a fare colazione durante l'orario di apertura come se prima non potete farla..
 There is always something wrong with this bank, they take 2 hours to hear from a person and the staff are never there. But you work 5 hours a day and go to the bar for breakfast during the opening hours as if you can't have it before ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo una stella ma secondo me neanche quella.Non sapevo ci volesse appuntamento x andare in banca,la mia filiale di Ariccia è chiusa.Alle 10 ero lì ho detto alla guardia di non aver appuntamento e che avevo un'operazione urgente da fare mi ha detto vedo cosa posso fare.Allè 12 ero ancora la ad attendere,giustamente chi aveva appuntamento passava e anche clienti sEnza x altre operazioni.Alle 13 ero ancora la è ho chiesto alla guardia di non farmi attendere inutilmente li sotto il sole,mi ha detto vediamo.13.30 la guardia mi ha detto che la banca stava chiudendo e non potevo entrare .Non ho potuto fare ciò che dovevo e sono stata li fuori 3 ore e mezzo x nulla.Non hanno un minimo di rispetto.
I put a star but in my opinion not even that. I didn't know it would take an appointment to go to the bank, my Ariccia branch is closed. said I see what I can do. At 12 I was still waiting, rightly those who had an appointment passed and also customers without other operations. At 13 I was still there and I asked the guard not to let me wait unnecessarily in the sun said let's see. 13.30 the guard told me that the bank was closing and I couldn't get in. I couldn't do what I had to and I was out there 3 and a half hours x nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza clienti pessima, ricevono solo su appuntamento ma se al telefono non rispondono come faccio a prendere appuntamento? Ho scritto anche un'email al direttore ma niente nessuna risposta evidentemente è troppo impegnato!!!!!!
Bad customer support, they only receive by appointment but if they don't answer on the phone, how can I make an appointment? I also wrote an email to the manager but nothing no answer is obviously too busy !!!!!!
