Al momento PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Si sappia che il sottoscritto ha dato, perchè venissero sviluppati, una serie di super 8 e pellicole da convertire in DVD. Il tutto è stato PERSO e. da gennaio ad oggi (luglio) non è stato ritrovato questo materiale che si deve essere perso nello smistamento materiali presso il punto di smistamento di Padova. Del tutto è stato trovato solo il cartellino riportante i miei dati, che evidentemente era attaccato male e non sussiste altra forma di tracciatura. Sottolineo che, al momento, non ho ricevuto ALCUNA scusa scritta, ed ho SEMPRE dovuto chiamre IO, per avere informazioni sull'andamento delle ricerche. Sottolineo inoltre che ho avuto informazioni solo a seguito di mie CONTINUE E REITERATE chiamate. Ad oggi ai miei anziani genitori che attendono di rivedere i loro ricordi di gioventù, non posso dire se e quando riavremo il tutto indietro.

I also emphasize that I only received information following my CONTINUE AND REITERATE calls. As of today to my elderly parents who are waiting to review their youthful memories, I cannot say if and when we will get it all back.

Unicolor ha in carico un importante rullino di un lavoro fatto negli Stati Uniti e che dovrΓ² consegnare a breve. Il rullino al momento Γ¨ disperso e mi Γ¨ stato consegnato un altro rullino con le foto private di un altra persona. Spero di poter cambiare in futuro questa recensione a seguito del ritrovamento e consegna del rullino.
Unicolor is in charge of an important roll of a job done in the United States that I will have to deliver shortly. The film is currently missing and I was handed another film with someone else's private photos. I hope to change this review in the future following the discovery and delivery of the film.

In reviewing Unicolor's sub brand Venice Album, I have to say they truly have one of the finest album products around....when they do things right. Even so, I've made the decision to leave them as vendor because I've learned through the years that their attitudes toward business are extremely different than mine. Here is one particular example that that arose over and over again. I sell an album product to a client in the USA and send it in for production at Venice Album in Italy. Venice Album sends me the album and, upon inspection when it arrives, I discover it has mistakes or defects that are not suitable for my client considering the prices they are paying. Upon notifying Venice Album, I would expect them to say, "We are so sorry, that should have never happened! Let us fix that for you right away!" Instead, the response I was most often met with, "Well, have you checked with your client to see if they would be okay with the defect?" (Uh, have I done what???? No, hell, no I will not.) Repeatedly. I had to go to fight for my client and get Venice Album to fix their mistakes, sometimes for weeks and having to escalate it to the head of Venice Album. They always fixed it in the end, but the painful process to get them to do what was right is why I am writing this review today. I've been told by Italian friends that attitudes in this country are often not for the customer first. This was the attitude and approach to business I experienced from the Venice Album team and it does not align with mine. I can no longer serve my customers well using an company that operates like this. Additionally, anyone who does business with their US sales reps will notice the company does not keep the reps very long. Why is that? Do they get frustrated with the differences in business approach too and quit, I wonder?
