Oggi mi sono recato al negozio Unicity sito ai portali, col cell.di mio papa' un HUAWEI p9 lite, ho chiesto al commesso se aveva disponibile la pellicola in vetro, mi ha risposto di si, a quel punto lo fatta sostituire con quella comprata al momento dell'acquisto del telefono, una volta applicata dal vostro commesso, mi accorgo che la protezione non e conforme al cell. subito espongo il problema al commesso che con aria arrogante e poco educata mi risponde che non poteva far nulla perche' quel prodotto corrisponde al mio cell. fra l'altro lo pagata quanto consta l'originale 10 euro..... complimenti per la vostra NON onesta' e la NON professionalita'
Good morning, I would like to point out my experience that is anything but positive. Today I went to the Unicity store located at the portals, with my Dad's cell.di a HUAWEI p9 lite, I asked the clerk if he had available the glass film, he replied yes, at that point he had it replaced with the one bought at the time of purchase of the phone, once applied by your salesman, I realize that the protection does not comply with the cell. I immediately expose the problem to the salesman who with an arrogant and not very polite air answers me that he could do nothing because that product corresponds to my cell. among other things, the paid as it consists of the original 10 euros ..... congratulations for your NOT honest and non-professionalism
