Excellent hybrid pellet-wood heating stoves. Some initial problems solved by the assistance after a couple of interventions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad oggi una stella, sono 2 mesi che il loro tecnico ci rimbalza per la prima accensione\setup della stufa, rinviando l'appuntamento adducendo scuse piuttosto ridicole.
To date a star, their technician has been bouncing for the first time for the first ignition of the stove, postponing the appointment giving rather ridiculous excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rischio di perdere l incentivo GSE ,perche la Ungaro ha venduto la stufa a pellets a maggio e ha presentato solo ,la prima settimane di Agosto (ovvio quando il mondo si ferma)la documentazione al certificatore
risk of losing the GSE incentive, because Ungaro sold the pellet stove in May and only presented the documentation to the certifier in the first week of August (obviously when the world stops)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza direi..... stufa costosa ma assistenza inesistente!! Comprate altre marche più efficienti se nn volete rischiare di trovarvi al freddo!! Metterei zero stelle ma sono obbligato a metterne una per pubblicare!
Bad experience I would say ..... expensive stove but non-existent assistance !! Buy other more efficient brands if you don't want to risk finding yourself in the cold !! I would put zero stars but I am obliged to put one to publish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buona la caldaia finchè non insorge il primo problema (motoriduttore) una settimana per riuscire ad avere il numero di un tecnico che ti risponde che non ha tempo perchè ha troppe provincie da seguire e non ha il pezzo perchè ungaro non spedisce...Intanto io ho i pinguini in casa! una stella perchè obbligata!!
