★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto a pochi passi dalla sede del Tribunale di Cosenza, lo stabile, in cui è sita la sede dell’ufficio notifiche, ospita anche gli uffici del Giudice di Pace di Cosenza.
Gli uffici sono facilmente raggiungibili grazie alla bretella che collega la SS silana - crotonese e la sede autostradale al centro città. Strade particolarmente trafficate dalle ore 07.45 alle 09.30.
All’esterno sono previste ampie zone di parcheggio.
In considerazione dell’oneroso canone versato e dato che gran parte degli spazi sono inutilizzati, lo stabile rappresenta il solito spreco Made in Italy.!.
