Non metterò ' più piede dentro quella Benetton. Signor Mirco le rispondo solo perche' lei sta dicendo il falso e mi dispiace che un titolare di un negozio possa permettersi di dire determinate cose. Era passata solo una settimana dal primo cambio, che pultroppo non stava bene a mia figlia, comunque mi vergogno che lei dica che sono passati tre mesi si informi bene prima di parlare. Premetto in tutto questo avevo acquistato lo stesso giorno del cambio spendendo anche di più del dovuto, dopo una settimana torno perché avvolte sa succede, non andava bene la taglia dovevo cambiare, ma la sua splendida responsabile mi fa il cambio con lo scontrino che avevo ritrovato col costo inferiore rispetto a ciò che avevo comprato rivolgendosi anche in modo direi non consono a una responsabile. In più dopo tutto rispendo ancora di più del dovuto. Spero solo che cercate di trattare i clienti in altro modo! possono succedere avvolte dei cambi anche 2 volte avendo 2 figli, ma no dopo tre mesi stia tranquillo che da ex direttrice le dico non lo avrei mai fatto.
