Esiste molta cura ed attenzione anche al minimo dettaglio e al desiderio del cliente. Qui ho mangiato la mia gricia preferita in assoluto e bevuto dei favolosi cocktails. Sicuramente il merito va al personale gentilissimo e al titolare Manolo, che ti accoglie sempre come se fossi uno di famiglia, personalizzando ogni bevanda secondo le richieste ed esigenze del momento. Diverse possibilità di scelta per gli apericena e per il menù alla carta. Io ho preso un'ottima tagliata accompagnata da un bel piatto di verdure grigliate; la mia amica invece ha provato l'apericena vegetariano che è ricco di sfiziosità: couscous, bruschettine, panzerottino, crocchette, girelle di pasta sfoglia, funghetti, pomodori secchi, formaggio, scamorza fusa, verdurine gratinate, piselli e chi più ne ha più ne metta...Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e massima gentilezza e disponibilità dei camerieri e del proprietario!
