★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver atteso per un ora e più il mio turno, in parte fuori dal negozio causa covid, entro dentro e scopro che utilizzavano dei bollitori elettrici per acqua calda penso al posto dell'acqua corrente... per carità le emergenze capitano a tutti ma avrei gradito essere avvertita prima di aspettare un ora... l'igiene è fondamentale soprattutto di questi tempi.... pessimi .... sono andata via! Una stella era obbligatoria ma zero sono più che sufficienti.
After waiting for an hour or more for my shift, partly outside the shop due to covid, I go inside and discover that they used electric kettles for hot water I think instead of running water ... for heaven's sake, emergencies happen to everyone but I would have liked to be warned before waiting an hour ... hygiene is essential especially in these times .... bad .... I went away! One star was mandatory but zero is more than enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reduce da una pessima esperienza in un altro salone ho deciso di affidarmi ad un parrucchiere per amico in cerca di aiuto per recuperare il danno che mi era stato fatto ai capelli. Devo dire che non solo ha sistemato il danno ma ha fatto un lavoro impeccabile ed eccellente, mi sono sentita a casa grazie a lui e al suo fantastico team. Tornerò senza altro!! Il lavoro fatto con amore è sempre il più bello
Back from a bad experience in another salon, I decided to rely on a hairdresser as a friend in search of help to recover the damage that had been done to my hair. I have to say that not only did he fix the damage but he did a flawless and excellent job, I felt at home thanks to him and his fantastic team. I'll be back without anything else !! Work done with love is always the most beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono una persona amante dei parrucchieri perché spesso e volentieri fanno di testa loro e mai quello che voglio. Alessio e le sue colleghe sono diversi: mi ascoltano, mi coccolano, sono sempre allegri e fanno del loro meglio per lasciarmi sempre più che soddisfatta del risultato, consigliandomi senza mai essere invadenti e senza cercare di vendermi a tutti i costi prodotti presenti nel negozio. Peccato ci siano solo 5 stelle, io gliene darei 10!!!
I'm not a lover of hairdressers because they often do their own thing and never do what I want. Alessio and his colleagues are different: they listen to me, they pamper me, they are always cheerful and do their best to leave me more than satisfied with the result, advising me without ever being intrusive and without trying to sell me products in the shop at all costs. Too bad there are only 5 stars, I would give them 10 !!!
