Tim and I had set our hearts on the stunning Umbrian countryside for our wedding but didn’t have much of an idea about how to make it happen. Whilst looking for ideas online, we found Umbria Weddings and Events through a blog which featured one of their recent weddings. The day looked stunning and it had just the sort of feel we hoped to achieve for our own wedding. We immediately got in touch and quickly received a very lovely reply from Fatima who invited us to chat via Skype so she could get to know us and find out more about the sort of day we had in mind. Within no time at all we knew that Fatima would be a perfect fit for us! Throughout the whole process Fatima listened so carefully to our thoughts on location, venue, music, food, decorations and also gave us lots of wonderful recommendations and ideas. The whole process was so enjoyable and stress free! A few months before our wedding we visited Italy to meet Fatima and her colleague Federica at our venue and within no time at all we felt like we’d been friends for years. They just made us feel so relaxed and reassured about everything. This was also the first time we had visited our venue, which was one of Fatima’s recommendations. We were naturally quite anxious that it would live up to our expectations but neither of us could quite believe how perfectly Fatima had matched our preferences and found exactly the sort of venue we had in mind. We really couldn’t imagine a better choice of venue for us, Fatima had done an amazing job finding it. Our wedding day itself was just incredible, every little detail had been thought about and attended to by Fatima and Federica. Everything looked truly magical! We really can’t recommend them highly enough, they went above and beyond to create the most amazing day for us. They were both wonderfully professional and efficient from beginning to end but what really struck us was how much they both genuinely cared about making our day look and feel just right. Fatima and Federica are two of the most talented, kind-hearted people we’ve ever met and we couldn’t feel more lucky to have found them for our wedding day.

After our wedding on the 7.7.17 in Todi, Umbria, Fatima (Umbria Weddings and Events) deserves only the highest of recommendations. Fatima's skill, commitment, passion, persistency and knowledge of the area, allowed Kristen (Irish) and myself (Scottish) living in Toronto to marry both civilly and within the catholic church in Umbria. Fatima's organisational skills relieved any stress from us prior to the wedding but most importantly, on the wedding day. We never had to worry about a thing and got to enjoy two full days of being with our 120 guests who had flown in from all over the world. Throughout the year of preparations, Fatima's advice,support and hard work allowed our Kris and I and our guests to experience what we say was, 'The best wedding!' We are going to miss working with Fatima.

We get married in June 2021. We are Polish / Italian couple living in Switzerland - getting married in Italy... It was complicated and without Fatima's help it would not be possible. She is very professional, committed and passionate. We always knew she is there for us - no matter what was the issue. We left Fatima wide range of independence in organising and we never regreted this decision. Our wedding was absolutely amazing - wedding from our dreams. Thank you Fatima!
