Las explicaciones de la atenta y amable Simona han sido especiales por su buen castellano cordobés, una experiencia en Arpino increíble. Lo recomiendo!! It has been an unexpected gift. Fantastic exhibition by Umberto Mastroiani and the traveling expo of art stil life, Dadaism. The explanations of the attentive and friendly Simona have been special for their good Castilian Cordoba, an incredible experience in Arpino. I recommend it!!

Una posizione strategica che ne ha determinato la fisionomia attuale, prima roccaforte degli Osci, poi Castrum romano e via via fortezza longobarda ed addirittura reggia per un re angioino. Epoche stratificate nella struttura architettonica (visibili, purtroppo, solo in alcuni punti all'interno). Oggi questa meraviglia ospita la Fondazione Umberto Mastroianni, artista internazionale delle arti plastiche del '900 (come spesso accade conosciuto come tale più all'estero che in Italia ...se non per il noto nipote). Ad oggi la Fondazione è molto attiva nell'opera di promozione e valorizzazione dell'arte attraverso mostre, incontri, convegni, non di rado ospitando artisti affermati quanto giovani talenti, provenienti da tutto il mondo, che hanno la possibilità di esporre le proprie opere in un contesto evocativo e carico di suggestione. An imposing building perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the valley below and throws an eye along the steps of the surrounding mountains. A strategic position that determined its current appearance, first stronghold of the Osci, then Roman Castrum and via Longobard fortress and even royal palace for an Angevin king. Epochs stratified in the architectural structure (unfortunately only visible in some points inside). Today this marvel is home to the Umberto Mastroianni Foundation, an international artist of the plastic arts of the 1900s (as often happens known as such abroad than in Italy ... if not for the famous nephew). To date, the Foundation is very active in promoting and enhancing art through exhibitions, meetings, conferences, often hosting established artists as well as young talents from all over the world, who have the opportunity to exhibit their works in an evocative and suggestive context.

Purtroppo, ho dovuto dare uno, avrei preferito dare zero che meglio si addiceva a un qualcosa di inesistente. Sempre chiuso durante gli orari di apertura e nessuna risposta alle telefonate. Peccato, sarebbe stato interessante svolgervi attivitá di tirocinio... Interesting, educational and worthy place to visit ... if only it existed. Unfortunately, I had to give one, I would have preferred to give zero that better suited to something non-existent. Always closed during opening hours and no response to phone calls. Too bad, it would have been interesting to carry out training activities ...

Magnificent place of enormous cultural interest and which has the honor of hosting international artists who pay homage or enrich the territory. Highly recommended.
