★ ★ ★ ★ ★ giocano sulla super gentilezza telefonica e parlano solo di cose burocratiche non c'è un referente legato alle candidature ne un approfondimento soprattutto in campo moda.. dove se un senior chiama e chiede delle specifiche devono essere in grado di rispondere.. altrimenti è solo aria fritta i rete.. poi se chiedi di avere un numero di telefono per parlare con chi di dovere ti dicono che non è questa la loro politica sarai chiamato oppure ti dicono vieni qui a bologna e ne parliamo.. burocrazia italiana perbenismo anche qui.. nella moda i lavori che ho avuto solo da conoscenze dirette e da linkedin.. sia in italia che all'estero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di lasciar stare se si cerca veramente di lavorare, offrono contratti veramente da miseria si parla di 6 livello con paghe da miseria. Appaiono tanto gentili e cordiali solo perché su di voi guadagnano e non poco. Esperienza personale recente.

Purtroppo non è solo per il Covid, scusa utilizzata dal personale cortese, ma prassi (conferma visto che ho avuto un altro colloquio con loro anni fa). Mancanza di professionalità e di rispetto per le persone in difficoltà in cerca di occupazione.
Interview took place in front of the reception, almost near the door. Unfortunately it is not only for Covid, an excuse used by the courteous staff, but practice (confirms since I had another interview with them years ago). Lack of professionalism and respect for people in need in search of employment.

Ti fanno fare 3 o 4 colloqui per una medesima mansione (con dispendio di tempi e spostamenti) Dopo aver dato la parola per la firma del contratto disdicono all'ultimo momento. INAFFIDABILI.
Temporary agency that turned out not to be serious.
