Ho saputo che ad altri hanno chiamato per lavorare ,hanno rifiutato perche già occupati e a me non mi hanno cagato proprio. Pessimi. Scartata a prescindere, dopo i 30 anni non ti concedono nemmeno il beneficio del dubbio. Ah, ora lavoro in banca quindi, forse, tanto male non sono. Always discarded, always! 15 years of administrative / accounting work and I have never been contacted even for a fact-finding interview. Discarded regardless, after the age of 30 they don't even give you the benefit of the doubt. Ah, now I work in a bank so, perhaps, I'm not that bad.

Un colloquio.. oltre che poco iteressati.. Anche gregiudizievoli di vanità della loro metodica selettiva , si percepisce un freddo disinteresse ,con un seguito tutto ok per noi, e a posto cosi buona giornata. Mai contattatato ! Martedì 17 dicembre un amico mi informa che PURTROPPO proprio in questa filiale di m...a stanno facendo assumere per 5 posizioni da RSU (operatore ecologico) a Marino. Mercoledì mattina la prima cosa che faccio è chiamare e specificare che Venerdi 20 mi scadeva il contratto e che la cooperativa non mi rinnovava; parlando con questo animale (senza sensibilita' per chi sta cercando lavoro) di nome Erika specificando la sua posizione come responsabile di qun'estate filiale (pensa te come stanno messi!!!!) Mi informa che per questo lavoro c' erano aperte ancora 2 posizioni ma che avevano fretta di trovare le persone. Io per mantenermi il posto propongo anche l' alternativa di licenziarmi per questi pochi giorni rimasti, la risposta di questo fenomeno di nome Erika è stata "non si preoccupi ci sentiamo lunedì mattina, così facciamo il colloquio e poi vediamo per le visite mediche". Il finale???? Chiamo lunedì mattina e questa Erika con la tranquillità più totale mi dice "Guardi le due posizioni che mancavano sono state assegnate" e poi ciliegina sulla torta " Però passi qui in filiale che si iscrive con noi e troviamo un collocamento" Quando si dice la FACCIA COME IL CULO! Queste persone meritano di provare cosa significa ogni volta stare a cercare lavoro e ogni volta lottare e mandare Bocconi giù per farsi rinnovare mese per mese. Non meritano di lavorare in un posto così delicato a contatto con la gente. Cara Erika con la k, magari te trovi col culo per terra anima di maledetta. Distinti saluti e a questa filiale girateci lontano un consiglio da un lavoratore ? Short sad story. Tuesday 17 December a friend informs me that UNFORTUNATELY in this branch of m ... a they are getting hired for 5 positions by MSW (ecological operator) in Marino. On Wednesday morning the first thing I do is call and specify that the contract expired on Friday 20 and that the cooperative did not renew me; speaking with this animal (without sensitivity for those who are looking for a job) named Erika specifying her position as responsible for a filial summer (think about how they are doing !!!!) He informs me that there were still 2 positions open for this job but that they were in a hurry to find people. To keep my job, I also propose the alternative of firing for these few remaining days, the response of this phenomenon called Erika was "don't worry, we will hear from you on Monday morning, so let's have an interview and then see for medical visits". The end???? I call Monday morning and this Erika with total tranquility tells me "Look at the two missing positions have been assigned" and then icing on the cake "But pass here in the branch that signs up with us and we find a job" When you say FACE LIKE THE ASS! These people deserve to try what it means every time to look for work and every time to fight and send Bocconi down to be renewed month by month. They don't deserve to work in such a delicate place in contact with people. Dear Erika with the k, maybe you find yourself with the ass on the ground soul of the cursed. Mi candido per la posizione interna di HR Junior e vengo chiamata da Erika della sede di via Lanuvio per un primo colloquio, il quale va bene. Mi viene quindi chiesto di partecipare ad un secondo con la responsabile di area alla sede di Tiburtina. Mi presento e la tizia mi fa duecento domande (di cui alcune già chieste, si vede che le due non hanno comunicato), dimostrandosi entusiasta delle mie risposte. Al termine mi dice che mi avrebbe fatto sapere a inizio settimana seguente in quanto era indecisa tra una rosa di candidati. Mai più sentito qualcuno? Ovviamente NO. Trovo assolutamente irrispettoso e non professionale il non avere la decenza di dare un feedback, seppur negativo, che so, tramite email. Tra l'altro danno l'impressione di aver già pronte conoscenze/ raccomandazioni da infilare per i ruoli interni, viste le recensioni di altre persone. La gente non sta a perdere tempo, chi cerca lavoro va rispettato sempre. Incommentabili, spero le persone leggano le recensioni e si rivolgano altrove. "Disumana" potrebbe essere una bella alternativa per il nome della vostra azienda. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am applying for the internal position of HR Junior and I am called by Erika from the office in via Lanuvio for a first interview, which is fine. I am then asked to participate in a second with the area manager at the Tiburtina office. I introduce myself and the woman asks me two hundred questions (some of which have already been asked, it is clear that the two have not communicated), proving enthusiastic about my answers. At the end she tells me that she would let me know at the beginning of the following week as she was undecided between a shortlist of candidates. Never heard from anyone again? Obviously not. I find it absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional not to have the decency to give feedback, even if negative, I know, by email. Among other things, they give the impression of having ready knowledge / recommendations to put in for the internal roles, given the reviews of other people. People don't waste time, job seekers must always be respected. Uncommentable, I hope people read the reviews and look elsewhere. "Inhuman" could be a nice alternative for your company name.
