Il personale addetto all'accoglienza è davvero molto cordiale, professionale e disponibile a dare tutte le spiegazioni ed indicazioni su come procedere a chi è alla ricerca di una nuova occupazione o per fornire informazioni e agevolazioni a chi è disoccupato. Umana dispone di un sito internet molto utile e facile da utilizzare attraverso il quale è semplicissimo iscriversi, candidarsi alle offerte di lavoro, ricevere notifiche e comunicazioni, risparmiando così molto tempo e senza dover necessariamente recarsi di volta in volta presso la struttura personalmente. Una mi dice una cosa, con tanto di dettagli, poi l' altra mi dice che quel lavoro non esiste e non lo hanno mai avuto... Ogni volta ci sono problemi persino a organizzare un semplice colloquio. Vado al colloquio e la consulente sta più al telefono a fare la centralinista che a parlare con me. Pessimo. Non-professional. I went to the agency several times in the last 6 months. Tengo a precisare che sono partito da Padova apposta e, anziché ricevere informazioni relative al possibile lavoro, mi è stato detto che dovevano aggiornare solamente il cv. Ho potuto constatare una totale disorganizzazione e....ho solamente perso tempo prezioso e benzina. Se dovessero ricontattarmi, di sicuro non ci torno. E	Enrico Bassan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto pessima, vanno solo per simpatie o per dirla meglio aiutano e inseriscono solo quelli che gli fanno comodo (riassumendo hanno fatto capire che sono loro a decidere se segnalarti alle aziende), non sono di competenza, non hanno professionalità e serietà, non hanno rispetto e cortesia, sono molto disorganizzati e incoerenti e sono maleducati, arroganti, sgarbati e disonesti. Gli ho contattati centinaia di migliaia di volte, mi sono candidato tantissime volte alle offerte di lavoro presenti sul sito (in questo caso senza mai essere ricontattato da parte loro per info e anzi le mie candidature e le mie mail venivano cestinate), ho fatto km, perso benzina e tempo prezioso passando numerose volte in agenzia, tutto questo per niente e per una montagna di balle che questi pagliacci si potevano risparmiare di dire, addirittura raccontano le balle sulle balle. A parole e a prendere in giro le persone sono bravi, ma a fatti e a svolgere il proprio lavoro sono un vero disastro e di tutto ciò si devono vergognare, in sintesi totalmente INUTILI E INAFFIDABILI. Con quest'agenzia io ho chiuso, non la voglio più vedere da nessuna parte e nemmeno sentirla nominare, come se non esistesse. Grazie.
