Quando mi sono successivamente recata al negozio per riferire ed avere spiegazioni la risposta è stata:FORSE NON CI SIAMO ACCORTI CHE C'ERA UN ECCESSO DI STOFFA NELLA PARTE POSTERIORE. Mi è stato proposto dal negozio di rivestirmi e che mi avrebbero pagato loro il servizio fotografico con un loro fotografo. Cos'avrei fatto con un altro servizio di foto? Quale sposa si sarebbe rivestita, fatto trucco, parrucco etc..? Il giorno del matrimonio è irripetibile e unico!!! Il negozio avrebbe potuto rimediare diversamente alla gravità dell'errore commesso!!! I chose "Ultimo" for my wedding which took place in September'18. Despite having found a well-stocked boutique and helpful staff, I unfortunately had a problem with my dress on the "fateful" day and received unpleasant comments. When I subsequently went to the store to report and have explanations, the answer was: MAYBE WE DID NOT MAKE ANY THERE THAT THERE WAS AN EXCESS OF FABRIC IN THE BACK. I was offered by the store to get dressed and they would have paid me the photo shoot with their photographer. What would I have done with another photo service? Which bride would have dressed, done makeup, hair, etc. ..? The wedding day is unrepeatable and unique !!! The shop could have remedied differently the gravity of the mistake made !!!
