★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per effettuare le analisi del sangue, ma purtroppo soffro di emofobia e belonefobia (fobia del sangue e degli aghi). Mi aspettavo di trovare un personale empatico, che mi potesse tranquillizzare. Invece è successo esattamente l'opposto. Le ho viste che erano già nervose e mi hanno spaventata ancora di più, sbagliato la vena, trattata malissimo e sono stata anche rimproverata per le mie fobie. Tipiche persone frustrate, a cui non piace il lavoro che fanno. In particolare per questi tipi di lavori serve un minimo di umanità.
Metto 2 stelle e non una perchè mi sono capitate anche persone gentili. In ogni caso, lo sconsiglio.
 I went to have blood tests, but unfortunately I suffer from haemophobia and belonephobia (phobia of blood and needles). I expected to find an empathetic staff who could reassure me. Instead, exactly the opposite happened. I saw that they were already nervous and they scared me even more, wrong the vein, treated very badly and I was also scolded for my phobias. Typical frustrated people, who don't like the job they do. In particular, a minimum of humanity is needed for these types of jobs.
I put 2 stars and not one because nice people have also happened to me. In any case, I do not recommend it.
