★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa mattina sono arrivata ore 7,40 invece delle 8,07 come fissato perche' mi era stato detto di arrivare anche 10 minuti prima.L'addetta alla sicurezza e' stata molto molto sgarbata e mi ha detto la prossima volta di arrivare puntuale e non prima. Imparare la educazione prima di indossare gilet verde fosforescente. Gentile invece infermiere e addetta a reception.
this morning I arrived at 7.40 instead of 8.07 as scheduled because I was told to arrive even 10 minutes earlier.The security officer was very very rude and told me next time to arrive on time and not before.
