Il personale è cortese e pronto a ogni esigenza del cliente.
Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente artigianali, preprati dalla scelta delle materie prime per offrire ai clienti un prodotto finale di altissima qualità. Basti pensare che nelle prime ore di apertura può verificarsi una coda al ingresso a causa delle norme attuali anticovid in vigore in questo periodo. La pasticcerie viene preprata anche su ordinazione, purché abbiate l'accortezza di dare un certo lasso di temo a disposizione per potervi preparare ciò che vi serve. Mentre per i prodtti da forno, come pizze voccacce, che non richiedo una lavorazione complessa come i dolci di pasticceria, e sufficiente un preavviso di 24 ore. Assolutamente da assaggiare è la focaccia ripiena, attenzione una volta assaggiata crea dipendenza, provare per credere. Di questa stagione stanno tornando a fare la lorot torta di noci, anche questo prodotto è superlativo! Un ultimo soggerimento, che ho imparato a conoscere è la torta di Rose, un dolce tipico della zona. Nel periodo delle festività natalizie cosiglio vivamente di provare i loro panettoni, anch'essi rigorosamente artigianali a lenta lievitazione, come vuole la tradizione, ed ad un prezzo onesto per la grande qualità del prodotto finito.
