Una volta approvata la bozza e provveduto alla stampa, pur essendo comunque del tutti soddisfatta, ho manifestato ad Alberto i miei dubbi sulle dimensioni del formato finale. Con enorme stupore, senza alcuna richiesta e senza nessun costo aggiuntivo, Alberto mi ha fatto avere dei nuovi biglietti con un formato più grande! Che dire? Cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità!
