★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzati nell' accoglienza clienti, non esiste niente che regoli l'ordine di arrivo degli utenti. Praticamente ci si mette in fila.
Per il resto il personale è veloce, disponibile e molto cortese.
Disorganized in customer reception, there is nothing that regulates the order of arrival of users. Basically you get in line.
The rest of the staff is fast, helpful and very courteous.

Aprono alle 9 ma sono operativi dalle 10, prima pausa caffè, cornetto, spesa al supermercato vicino, sigaretta e solo allora ricevono il pubblico.... per.poi sentirsi dire: non è competenza nostra si rivolga a Messina, disposizioni del dirigente..... ma che caz.... ci.state a fare li allora?
But who are they waiting to close it? They open at 9 but they are operational from 10, first coffee break, croissant, shopping at the nearby supermarket, cigarette and only then do they receive the public .... but then be told: it is not our responsibility to contact Messina, instructions from the manager. .... what the fuck .... are you doing there then?
