g	giuseppe grasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si deve mandare una pec con numero di telefono per essere richiamati, il centralino e gestito da una persona con limitazioni , non è ingrato di interagire al 100%..Anch'io ho avuto problemi nel mettermi in contatto con gli uffici telefonicamente, impossibile, ho mandato una pec, mi hanno contattato entro 2 gg dicendomi che potevo ritirare i documenti richiesti,mettetevi da subito d'accordo per il giorno di ritiro.....il personale degli uffici e stato veloce... You have to send a pec with phone number to be called back, the switchboard is managed by a person with limitations, it is not ungrateful to interact 100% .. Non rispettano alcuna procedura, per non parlare della maleducazione di qualche funzionario che non meriterebbe certo di ricoprire quel ruolo di responsabilità che gli è stato conferito. Nelle diverse occasioni in cui abbiamo avuto a che fare con questo ufficio abbiamo potuto apprezzare la scarsa trasparenza e l'improvvisazione assoluta. Prestate attenzione e, se siete nelle condizioni, denunciate perché solo così forse riuscirete ad ottenere il rispetto dei vostri diritti. I put one because it is not possible to put zero. E NESSUNO RISPONDE VERGOOOOGNAAAAA!!! Per correttezza vorrei aggiungere che in questa situazione al limite dell'irrealtà di assenteismo l'unico che ha risposto anche più volte che si è dimostrato molto disponibile efficiente ed ha cercato di aiutarmi e il signore del centralino. Anch'io come l'altra recensione do una stella che equivale a 0 stelle!!!! Qui da noi non siamo abituati a simili cose. Grazie davvero! I phoned two different numbers for information, they answered me immediately; even the second employee was very kind, helpful and thorough. Here we are not used to such things. Thank you very much!

Cambio medico con Spid velocissimo, rapide risposte alle mie mail....in conclusione 2 giorni fa ho avuto a che fare con un impiegato gentilissimo e preparato credo si chiamasse Trimarchi e sono stata ricontattata dalla sua responsabile, Dottoressa Siracusano, la quale ha provato con impegno a risolvere un problema difficile per una mia conoscente deceduta 3 giorni fa. Non è vero che a Messina non funziona niente, dovremmo iniziare ad essere noi positivi e collaborativi con i dipendenti comunali e statali. I have read very bad reviews about this office, well I find it fair to say my experience is anything but bad. I change doctor with Spid very fast, quick replies to my emails .... in conclusion 2 days ago I had to deal with a very kind and prepared employee I think his name was Trimarchi and I was contacted by her manager, Doctor Siracusano, who tried with commitment to solve a difficult problem for an acquaintance of mine who died 3 days ago. It is not true that nothing works in Messina, we should start being positive and cooperative with municipal and state employees.
