Great info point! Very nice and professional tourist service. I needed to print and scan some pdf documents and there was no problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza A San Vito si testa con mano la disorganizzazione di tutto un Paese. Ci sono in questa terza settimana di Giugno e non c'è un negozio che rispetti gli orari. Il punto informazioni sia lunedì sia martedì è rimasto totalmente chiuso senza avvisi o indicazioni che preavvertissero. E vale anche per tanti negozi...da anni di esperienze in Trentino si vede un abisso tra le due regioni. Evitate il posto come la peste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non offre certo un grande servizio. Gli orari di apertura sul sito non sono chiari. Ho chiesto una brochure che descrivesse i sentieri escursionistici e mi hanno chiesto 50 centesimi... In un negozio me l'hanno regalata. Confermo c'è molto da imparare dal vicino Trentino!
It certainly does not offer great service. The opening hours on the site are not clear. I asked for a brochure describing the hiking trails and they asked me for 50 cents ... They gave it to me in a shop. I confirm there is much to learn from the nearby Trentino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se posso dare un contributo organizzativo consiglierei all'ufficio turistico di mettersi a disposizione dei turisti ospiti ed effettuare l'orario giornaliero ,aprendo invece solo il mattino , fa perdere inutili giornate di attesa. La tassa di soggiorno non è meritata e consiglierei a tutti gli operatori ricettivi a evidenziare questa lacuna non presente in altre zone

Chiediamo sin dall'inizio uno skipass mattiniero per la sola località di San vito di cadore per il giorno seguente e 3 euro di assicurazione, la commessa offre lo scontrino di 53 euro, nonostante il prezzo di San Vito in alta stagione mattiniero sia di 29,5. Al che le chiedo spiegazioni sulla differenza di prezzo notata online e riferisce che lei non vede solo San Vito, ma vende il biglietto San Vito cortina misurina. Nonostante noi avessimo esplicitamente chiesto SOLO per San Vito. Le chiedo se possiamo annullare (il tutto PRIMA di pagare) e dice che non è possibile, che ha già emesso il biglietto. Indisponibilità totale, soprattutto nel momento precedente il pagamento.
Sconsiglio a chi cerca personale disponibile, gentile e che fornisca informazioni.
