Non si può dare meno di una stelka se no lo farei. A	Alberto Celli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Uffici chiusi e in riduzione di personale proprio nei mesi in cui bisognerebbe implementarlo. Un disastro. Comunicazioni ai docenti pubblicate di notte e su canali sbagliati (per gli Ata su bacheca Docenti e viceversa). Al telefono nessuno risponde e quando capita alzano il ricevitore e poi interrompono la comunicazione. Una vergogna. Una tragicomica realtà. Bad service. Offices closed and with fewer staff in the months in which it should be implemented. A disaster. Communications to teachers published at night and on wrong channels (for Ata on the Teachers bulletin board and vice versa). On the phone no one answers and when it happens they pick up the receiver and then cut off the communication. A shame. A tragicomic reality.
R	Renato Minuzzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il povero Meucci ha inventato il telefono, ma ormai è un mezzo che non è più possibile usare, in quanto quasi tutti gli enti statali, parastatali ed anche privati, mettono l'occupato fisso (oppure fanno suonare a vuoto), in modo che il contatto telefonico sia impossibile da utilizzare. Complimenti. I servizi ai cittadini sono sempre più scadenti e penosi, dovuti all'arroganza e alla mancanza di rispetto di questi soggetti, che dovrebbero essere al nostro servizio, nei confronti delle persone che hanno bisogno di contattarli. È una vera vergogna! Peccato che non si possa mettere zero stelle. Una, per i servizi che offrono è troppo!!!!!! Per non offrire la consultazione telefonica suggerisco di far togliere il telefono, con il conseguente risparmio delle bollette e di tempo per i malcapitati che vorrebbero una consultazione veloce. Siamo costretti al defaul nazionale viste le enormi spese per un servizio statale/pubblico inutile. Poveri contribuenti che sono costretti a mantenere questa categoria parass... I give a star as you can't give less. They have had their phone busy for days. Sono giorni che chiamo e nessuno che risponde, a un telefono che squilla perennemente. Mi sa che dobbiamo presentaci di persona, in massa così vediamo se date retta a chi chiede solo di essere ascoltata e casomai risolvere il problema, da voi scaturito. Mi auguro che prendete nota è rispondete al telefono. But I say don't be ashamed, you know how many people would like to do your job, perhaps with more humanity.
