Ci sono un sacco di arretrati causa COVID-19, ogni giorno c'è una fila chilometrica davanti alla sede di Potenza, e stanno aperti solo la mattina e solo fino al giovedì. Servizio pessimo, voglia di lavorare 0. I could put 0 stars I would ....... I called for a whole morning but no one answers. Now I find that they are open until 11.30. There are a lot of arrears due to COVID-19, every day there is a kilometer queue in front of the Potenza office, and they are open only in the morning and only until Thursday. Sono stata più di tre settimane senza poter usare l'auto perchè il libretto non conteneva una dicitura che loro stessi hanno sbagliato a copiare da quello precedente! Ma non è finita qui, quando finalmente arriva il nuovo libretto, scopriamo che hanno sbagliato a COPIARE un'altra dicitura!! La mia recensione si aggiunge alla lunga (o sola) lista di recensioni negative, spero che qualcuno le legga e decida di prendere provvedimenti, non è possibile creare tanti disagi alla gente ed alla fine non c'è nessuno che paga per gli errori commessi!! Vergogna. I would give less than zero if it were possible! I have been more than three weeks without being able to use the car because the booklet did not contain a wording that they themselves were wrong to copy from the previous one! But that's not all, when the new booklet finally arrives, we discover that they were wrong to COPY another wording !! Motorizzazioni così lente, con dipendenti altrettanto lenti e disorganizzazione a livelli esponenziali non c'è ne sono da nessuna parte. Un consiglio andate personalmente risparmiate i vostri, certo dovrete perdere una giornata di lavoro,d’altronde non si può avere tutto. Mi hanno dato la carta con orario preciso per fare la revisione alla roulotte(13:30) per scrupolo vado prima alle 12:45 e trovo solo il signore delle pulizie che mi dice che sono andati via già alle 12:30 pazzesco! Avevo prenotato 6 mesi fa per fare questa revisione! Soldi persi al campeggio e nervosismo. Al telefono non mi hanno mai risposto. Absurd!
