Al contrario, invece, l'analfabetismo funzionale, il ritardo mentale, l'accanimento contro i clienti e l'incapacità unita alla voglia di non fare assolutamente niente e di non svolgere le proprie mansioni, si sono rilevate estremamente alte. I miei più sentiti complimenti, suggerirei al Comune di istituire dei centri, posta italiane, minori, per far sì che la confusione sia minore e la velocità maggiore, al fine di allegerire il carico di questo locale che già non funziona, ed evitare, pertanto, scontri con il personale già frustrato e scorbutico.
