★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, sembra provare gusto a creare problemi piuttosto che a risolverli... Ciliegina sulla torta, ho visto il “direttore” ricevere una persona dietro al bancone e farle poi una operazione allo sportello, senza alcun rispetto per le persone in fila!
Unfriendly staff, it seems to try to create problems rather than solve them ... To top it off, I saw the "manager" receive a person behind the counter and then do an operation at the counter, with no respect for people in line!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche un paio di km in più per recarsi in altri sportelli PT più vicini che sono Petriccione e Mosciano.
Al personale ricordo che lavorano per poste italiane non per la loro ditta privata.
Mi ci sono recato per disdire una Sim telefonica e mi hanno preso in giro dicendomi che dovevo recarmi dove l'avevo sottoscritta.
Ennesima pessima esperienza.
Even a couple of km more to go to other nearest PT branches which are Petriccione and Mosciano.
I remind the staff that they work for the Italian post office, not for their private company.
I went there to cancel a phone SIM and they made fun of me saying that I had to go where I had signed up for it.
Yet another bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gentili e disponibili. Dopo non aver risolto nulla presso un altro ufficio (Colleatterrato di Teramo) avvilita arrivo qui e dopo neppure 5 minuti mi hanno risolto il problema con professionalità. Verrò sempre in questa sede in futuro
Always kind and helpful. After not having solved anything at another office (Colleatterrato di Teramo) I arrive here sadly and after less than 5 minutes they have solved the problem with professionalism. I will always come here in the future
