L	Luka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale cmq efficiente, da pensare che c'è una gran mole di persone. Da quando è stato ristrutturato funziona anche meglio. Nota assai dolente e il postamat, lentissimo... Per fare un'operazione ci vuole molto tempo e si fa spesso la fila. Molte le volte che non funziona. Quando devo fare delle operazioni preferisco andare alla Ferrovia dove il postamat è velocissimo e sempre funzionante. Scomodo il parcheggio. Meglio andare a piedi Post office cmq efficient, to think that there is a large amount of people. Since it has been renovated, it has been working even better. Very painful note and the postamat, very slow ... To do an operation it takes a long time and often queues. Many times it doesn't work. o	o scienziato o scienziato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è che hanno tanta voglia di lavorare. 1) rispondere al telefono per loro è un optional. 2) con una marea di gente che aspetta fuori, da 5 casse, ne fanno funzionare solo 3. 3) per prenotare con un consulente, devi pregarli, altrimenti il consulente te lo puoi dimenticare. 4) bancomat, più lento di una tartaruga. Vi dò un consiglio: Se non avete voglia di lavorare, restate a casa e lasciate il posto a persone che vogliono farlo!!!!!!!! Poca professionalità e cordialità, maleducazione, scarsa capacità di relazionarsi decentemente con il pubblico, troppo frequenti espressioni in linguaggio dialettale e toni sgarbati. Credo sia sconcertante aspettare circa 25 minuti (con pochissima fila e per di più quasi in orario di chiusura) solo per consegnare un pacco, notando che ci sono due sportelli vuoti con due dipendenti/direttori che chiacchierano con calma in piedi, e che avrebbero potuto aiutare il cliente anziché rimanere impalati ad ignorarlo. C'è un motivo per cui molte persone hanno una brutta impressione delle Poste Italiane, e per cui molti decidono di abbandonare tali servizi perché troppo poco efficienti. La colpa della scarsa efficienza è di coloro che vi lavorano (non tutti naturalmente), e bisognerebbe partire da loro per cambiare le cose. I think it is disconcerting to wait around 25 minutes (with very little line and moreover almost closing time) just to deliver a package, noting that there are two empty counters with two employees / managers calmly chatting standing, and that they could have helping the client rather than being stuck in ignoring him. There is a reason why many people have a bad impression of the Italian Post Office, and why many decide to abandon these services because they are too inefficient. The fault of the poor efficiency lies with those who work there (not all of them of course), and we should start with them to change things.
